Information for keynote
All keynote speakers invited to participate in a congress session are asked to submit their abstract in the last topic "29 - Keynote".
POSTER GUIDELINES
Your poster must remain displayed during the entire display session.
Two displays sessions are planed:
- session 1 from Monday August 21, 8h00 to Tuesday August 22, 20h00
- session 2 from Wednesday August 23, 8h00 to Thursday August 24, 20h00
Check which session your poster has been assigned to.
Posters viewing sessions will be scheduled as follows:
- on Monday and Tuesday from 18h00 to 20h00
- on Wednesday from 16h00 to 18h30
- on Thursday from 16h30 to 18h00.
Make sure to prepare your poster with the following dimensions:
- A0 format: 118,90 cm (46,81 in.) height and 84,10 cm width (33,11 in.)
- Portrait layout
Materials to fix your poster will be provided on site.
All posters will have to be removed at the end of the display session.
The congress is not responsible for poster materials left after the end of the session. Posters remaining on the poster board will be removed and discarded.
Registration
The acceptance of an abstract does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation will remain at the charge of abstract presenters.
